Take a look at what we have on offer at the Glinsk GAA members Gym.

Brand new fully stocked Gym suitable for the very beginners to the Ironmen/Ironwomen.

Registration/open days this Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st from 2pm to 4pm both days.

@rt_._fitness will be on hand both days to answer all your questions and advise on the various classes that will be ran.

Glinsk GAA committee will be on hand to help with membership to the club and Gym also. Card or Cash payment acceptable.

* Members must be over 16 years of age.

* 16 – 18 must be supervised as part of a class.

* All Gym users must sign up as members of Glinsk Gaa also.

* All users must read and sign safety statements.

* Induction must be completed by all gym users.
